Whilst building strength and fitness our Ninjas also learn how to interact and respect one another. Our program comes with it’s own trials and challenges that will teach our students things such as; teamwork, community, integrity, leadership and confidence to name a few.
Our Ninjas get the chance to find themselves within our community and create great bonds and life long skills that will help them better prepare themselves for the wider world.

The capacity to recovery quickly is essential to good health and every day living. Our Ninja courses will help you improve on your physical and mental resilience to better overcome challenges.
Ninjas will learn to lead by example with respect and without judgment.
All Ninjas will need to learn to respect one another and show empathy and compassion towards their fellow Ninjas
Higher level Ninjas will get the opportunity to instruct and impart their knowledge onto their fellow Ninjas
Ninjas will need to learn resilience if they want to beat the obstacles and further their skills. The ability to get back up and keep on going when you’ve been knocked down or beaten by an obstacle is a key part of a Ninjas journey
