The variety of obstacles in our courses are designed to test and push you to your physical limits. Each obstacle will help you strengthen a different part of your body over time, some faster than others.
Ninjas learn to interact with one another no matter their age or ability. We encourage all our ninjas to be supportive and lead by example, as a bonus our Ninjas create life long friendships and bonds that extend far beyond the Ninja gym.
Ninjas learn about body awareness and how to use their body to navigate varying obstacles in relation to where it lies.
The ability to endure an unpleasant or difficult process is summed up within Endurance. Every obstacle in our Ninja gym will test your endurance to the max, both mental and physical. The more you train the better your endurance will be.
