SUMMER HOLIDAY PROGRAM 03.01.22 - 26.01.23

Join us for our Summer school holiday program. Get the kids off the couch and into a healthy routine over the winter holiday break.

Sessions start at 9am and run for 90mins

Ninjas will learn how to navigate obstacles, work together to create courses, learn the importance of warming up and following instruction.

Our school holiday programs are a bunch of fun and a great learning experience for budding Ninjas.

  • Fun

    No introduction required for this one! The most important factor of your physical and mental health, and any fitness regime is to enjoy yourself!

  • Resilience

    The capacity to recovery quickly is essential to good health and every day living.  Our Ninja courses will help you improve on your physical and mental resilience to better overcome challenges.

  • Strength

    The variety of obstacles in our courses are designed to test and push you to your physical limits. Each obstacle will help you strengthen a different part of your body over time, some faster than others.

  • Friendship

    Ninjas learn to interact with one another no matter their age or ability. We encourage all our ninjas to be supportive and lead by example, as a bonus our Ninjas create life long friendships and bonds that extend far beyond the Ninja gym.

  • Body Awareness

    Ninjas learn about body awareness and how to use their body to navigate varying obstacles in relation to where it lies.

  • Endurance

    The ability to endure an unpleasant or difficult process is summed up within Endurance. Every obstacle in our Ninja gym will test your endurance to the max, both mental and physical. The more you train the better your endurance will be.

Movement

Ninjas will learn how to move their body in relation to the obstacles before them. A range of calisthenics and gymnastics style movements will be utilised.

Teamwork

Ninjas will work together to come up with their own courses and have to help each other design and navigate through the obstacles. A great chance to build friendships and long lasting bonds.

AGILITY

The ability to move quickly and suddenly is a big aspect of Ninja warrior training. By training the body to move in different directions suddenly, Ninjas naturally strengthen their joints thus decreasing the risk of injury and the benefits transfer over into a range of different sports
