NinjaFit & Meta Series Training

Our range of NinjaFit and Meta training courses designed for people of varying age and fitness, each slightly tunes for different focus areas.

Each course is designed to help you find your mental and physical limitations by gradually introducing more difficult obstacles and challenges as you progress through the course.

  • Fun

    No introduction required for this one! The most important factor of your physical and mental health, and any fitness regime is to enjoy yourself!

  • Resilience

    The capacity to recovery quickly is essential to good health and every day living.  Our Ninja courses will help you improve on your physical and mental resilience to better overcome challenges.

  • Strength

    The variety of obstacles in our courses are designed to test and push you to your physical limits. Each obstacle will help you strengthen a different part of your body over time, some faster than others.

  • Cardio

    A strong heart and blood vessels to match are extremely important for ones health. Our High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions are designed specifically for this purpose, however running Any of our Ninja courses is sure to get your heart pumpin!

  • Resistance

    Resistance training helps to improve your muscle size, power and endurance by making them work against a weight or force. Metabolic resistance is helps to loose fat while preserving muscle.

  • Endurance

    The ability to endure an unpleasant or difficult process is summed up within Endurance. Every obstacle in our Ninja gym will test your endurance to the max, both mental and physical. The more you train the better your endurance will be.

NinjaFit Kids

Our Youth sessions are open to the ages of 7-11 years old. It’s a great place for younger ninjas looking to start their journey and it will help them test themselves, while organically learning resilience and how to overcome challenges.

NinjaFit Teens

Our Teens series is open to our older Ninjas starting from 12 years old, focused up to the age of 16. These classes will help budding Ninjas build strength and resilience whilst also learning how to overcome obstacles and challenges.

NinjaFit Freestyle

The Freestyle sessions are designed for both parents and youths to challenge each other. It’s a fantastic way to share the Ninja Warrior experience with your family, to help and encourage everyone to push themselves past what they think is their limit.

MetaPWR

MetaPWR is a 30-minute, metabolic resistance workout, combining bodyweight and weighted compound exercises with little rest to maximize calorie burn and increase the metabolic rate during and after the workout.

MetaPRO

MetaPRO is a new, cutting-edge, exercise science led workouts to challenge you whilst sticking to the core Metafit principles. MetaPRO has three different styles of training all designed for specific purposes.

MetaPRO  12 is an ultra-high intensity HIIT workout that’s only 12 mins long for experienced Metafit clients.

MetaPRO SAQ focuses on running mechanics, movement efficiency, coordination and reaction timing. This program will enhance muscle strength, endurance, motor skills and injury prevention; perfect for sporting groups and athlete’s.

MetaPRO PT has varied exercises and combinations to give clients measurable goals, targets and specific 1 to 1 coaching techniques.

Splicing together several modalities of training in the health and fitness industry, Matthew has spent more than a decade honing his skills in the areas of personal training, massage, sports training, rehab and nutrition to bring you what we are coming to know as the “Hybrid Trainer”; a trainer who has the capacity and skill to correctly to help their clients in the wider aspects of their health and fitness journey thus improving their chances of success.
